What installation needs
Meters and controllers go into the building's mechanical systems, connected to the network. We review the mechanical design and existing meters during the assessment; integrator partners take part in the installation.
UpHome can collect readings from compatible meters in apartments and shared areas, making billing preparation easier and unusual consumption easier to spot.
Request an assessmentWho it is for
Operators and property managers who want to see consumption by apartment and common area. Developers who align metering with the mechanical design early. Integrators who add metering next to heating and cooling.
What it solves
What installation needs
Meters and controllers go into the building's mechanical systems, connected to the network. We review the mechanical design and existing meters during the assessment; integrator partners take part in the installation.
What it connects to
The platform can connect with M-Bus, heating and cooling control and charge-point management. An open API can connect to accounting and property management systems. We agree the supported meters and exact compatibility for each project.
What works locally
Features designed for local control, such as rule-based heating and cooling, can work without internet. What data collection and viewing need depends on the installed system.
What needs internet
Remote access, cloud services and API connections need an internet connection. AI is optional: it can help interpret permitted consumption data and only reaches the data it is given.
How rollout goes
Reference
Woodland I, phase 1 (Budapest, Cordia) has per-apartment heating and cooling and metering. Metrodom Green (Budapest, 516 apartments, 2025) has metering and climate control.
